Special Fasteners

Wilson-Garner cold forms special fastners in short run production quantities. Cold forming produces high strength, scale free, smooth, clean fastners.

Vertical cold extrusion presses produce parts from 1/4" to 1 1/4" diameters (M6-M27) with lengths under head up to 12" (300mm).

Heads are trimmed on high speed trimmers and threads are rolled on high-production thread rollers.

Diameters up to 1 1/8" (27mm) are available and priced upon request.
